How did this patient hear about The Willows at Ramapo: From the Hospital
Details of Experience:
James was admitted to The Willows due to a cerebral infarction resulting in a decline in his ADLs (activities of daily living) and functional mobility, requiring the patient to be confined to his bed, requiring help with eating, grooming, and washing up. Before being hospitalized, James was able to do all these things on his own.
With the help of our stellar rehab team, James began to come back to himself, dressing and feeding himself. James is now even wheeling all around the building and walking all over the gym in rehab. James has also worked with our speech therapists to help with the effects of the stroke.
James stated that the staff at the Willows are all wonderful, and the building is beautiful. He says that the nurses, aides, and rehab staff are all top-notch here. They are all truly the reason his recovery was such a success.
James, The Willows wishes you continued strength and success in your rehab journey. Your warm smile and upbeat attitude are admirable. We are overjoyed with all that you have accomplished and proud that you will be able to go home and return to your former life.
